For this interview, HR Director Stephanie Coyne is back to chat with Edgar about learning the hospitality ropes (occasionally the hard way) in his native Mexico, why he almost ignored Serenbe’s first attempt to reach him, and his personal philosophy for exceptional customer service.

Edgar Guillory is Head Concierge, offering the best service and experience for guests at The Inn at Serenbe. He started his hospitality journey in Mexico at the Quintana Roo resorts Hotel Unicorn and El Dorado Seaside Suites and also provided customer service at Aeromexico. He holds certificates and licenses from The Leading Hotels of the World and the prestigious British Butler Institute.
