After mastering the kitchens in various Chicago eateries (including a stint under famed chef Grant Achatz), Barton is taking root south of the city. As the new executive chef at rustic-chic restaurant The Farmhouse at Serenbe , Barton is letting his true culinary prowess shine through a revamped menu of seasonally driven, garden-rich cuisine.
