Created in 2004, husband-and-wife team Steve and Marie Nygren wanted to share their vision of a utopian life that includes the arts, agriculture, health, and education. The result is Serenbe, a planned agrarian community outside of Atlanta, Georgia, in a rural area known as Chattahoochee Hill Country.
