Chef Nicolas Bour, Executive Chef at Serenbe, the biophilic wellness community just outside Atlanta, will be offering a Beetroot Ravioli with farm egg, ricotta, beet cream, parmesan, crispy sage, and freshly shaved truffle. The pink color and indulgent flavors - plus the added luxury of freshly shaved truffle - definitely scream date night. “We chose to make this particular dish for this year’s Valentine’s Day tasting menu because the vibrant pink and red colors of the beets and indulgent flavors of truffle, ricotta and sage give such a date night feel,but also embrace the flavors of our seasonal harvest.”
