Steve understands this, so when builders purchase lots for custom homes and go through the Design Review Board process - getting approvals for architectural style, massing, colors, etc. - they also work with a real estate artist to draw what the finished product will look like.
There may be some small changes along the way, be we’re always amazed at how closely reality resembles the original vision.
Just look at how these four Mado cottages by Serenbe Planning & Design went from the drafting table to being built by 10/23 Construction, they’re nearly identical!
