Taste your way through all the major wine regions when you try one of the 30+ wines on the new, expanded wine list. The Hill’s signature cocktails are made with premium spirits, freshly-squeezed juices and house-crafted mixers, and the beer menu now includes more local craft brews.

The culinary menu has a renewed focus on sustainable and local growers including Banner Butter, Joyce Farms and trout from North Georgia. The Hill’s dishes also include organic vegetables from Serenbe Farms, and produce and flavors shift to reflect the seasons, all offered in a warm, gracious atmosphere.

Stop by Tuesday-Sunday for lunch or dinner and the Weekend Brunch every Saturday and Sunday 11am-3pm, or pick up fresh baked goods and breakfast pastries – made in-house – available at Serenbe Farmers Market on Saturday mornings from 9 am to 1 pm.

Espresso Ice Cream

Nothing says summer like ice cream, and The Hill Restaurant has the best ice cream around. The perfect end to a meal, or even just to cool you off on a hot afternoon.

12 Egg Yolks

6 Cups Sugar

6 Cups Milk

2 Cups Cream

½ Cup Coffee Grounds

1 Pinch Salt

In a mixing bowl, add the egg yolks and sugar and mix until thick and glossy. Set aside. In a heavy saucepan add milk, cream and coffee grounds. Bring to a boil, then temper into yolks and sugar. Return to stove and cook until the mixture covers the back of the spoon. Add salt, strain and let cool. Churn in an ice cream maker, then serve.
