New Beginnings

Chattahoochee Hills city officials gathered on August 6th for a Ribbon Cutting to celebrate the opening of One Mado, which signals new beginnings for both Serenbe and the city of Chattahoochee Hills. Serenbe’s Mado neighborhood focuses on health and wellness, and the building acts as a central space for businesses offering these services to be close to one another. For Chattahoochee Hills, it provides a glimpse into the future. One Mado is the city’s first Class A building, and signals what sustainable commercial infrastructure will look like.

Three floors of practitioners are anchored by Scandinavian-inspired Halsa, and are accessible by a sculptural staircase centered around a distinctive fountain.
