Join us for a dreamy, 75-minute equine-inspired Soul Barn signature sound bath curated by Certified Sound Healer and Breathwork Facilitator Meagan Myrick. Each session begins with a guided meditation and breathwork to help you arrive fully and connect with the present moment. Meagan uses pure crystal quartz singing bowls, Peruvian rattles, a rain stick, an ocean drum, shamanic drumming, bamboo wind chimes, and intuitively curated meditative soundscapes to take you on a powerful sonic journey inspired by the season. The experience concludes with a closing meditation and breathwork to help you integrate the journey and carry its benefits with you.
