Join us for a dreamy, 75-minute equine-inspired Soul Barn signature sound bath curated by Certified Sound Healer and Breathwork Facilitator Meagan Myrick.

Meagan opens each session with a guided meditation and breathwork to help you arrive fully and connect with the present moment. She then uses pure crystal quartz singing bowls, Peruvian rattles, a rain stick, an ocean drum, shamanic drumming, bamboo wind chimes, and intuitively curated meditative soundscapes to take you on a powerful sonic journey inspired by the season. The experience concludes with a closing meditation and breathwork to help you integrate the journey and carry its benefits with you.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT:A sound bath is best enjoyed lying down in a comfortable position. If lying down is uncomfortable, we will gladly provide you with a chair upon request.

Here are a few scientifically supported benefits of sound baths:- Reduces Stress and Anxiety: Studies show that sound baths using instruments like crystal singing bowls can lower cortisol levels, helping to reduce stress and anxiety.

- Enhances Relaxation: The meditative nature of sound baths promotes deep relaxation, activating the parasympathetic nervous system, which calms the body.

- Improves Sleep Quality: Regular sound therapy has been linked to better sleep patterns by inducing a state of calm that helps individuals fall asleep more easily.

- Balances Mood and Emotions: Sound baths can improve emotional regulation, promoting feelings of well-being and reducing symptoms of depression.

- Supports Physical Healing: Sound vibrations may stimulate cellular regeneration and reduce inflammation, aiding in physical recovery and pain relief.
