Join us for a dreamy, 75-minute equine-inspired Soul Barn signature sound bath curated by Certified Sound Healer Meagan Myrick. Meagan uses pure crystal quartz singing bowls, Peruvian rattles, a rain stick, an ocean drum, shamanic drumming, bamboo wind chimes, and intuitively curated meditative soundscapes to take you on a powerful sonic journey inspired by the horses and nature.WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT:A sound bath is best enjoyed lying down in a comfortable position. If lying down is uncomfortable, we will gladly provide you with a chair upon request. In Soul Barn's cozy loft, the horses will graze peacefully beneath us in their stalls, offering their blessings as we synchronize our heartbeats with these magnificent beings during the sound bath. Here are a few scientifically supported benefits of sound baths:- Reduces Stress and Anxiety: Studies show that sound baths using instruments like crystal singing bowls can lower cortisol levels, helping to reduce stress and anxiety.- Enhances Relaxation: The meditative nature of sound baths promotes deep relaxation, activating the parasympathetic nervous system, which calms the body.- Improves Sleep Quality: Regular sound therapy has been linked to better sleep patterns by inducing a state of calm that helps individuals fall asleep more easily.- Balances Mood and Emotions: Sound baths can improve emotional regulation, promoting feelings of well-being and reducing symptoms of depression.- Supports Physical Healing: Sound vibrations may stimulate cellular regeneration and reduce inflammation, aiding in physical recovery and pain relief.WHAT WE PROVIDE:- One warm blanket- A fresh organic lavender essential oil-infused eye mask - An extra-cushiony yoga matDepending on weather and other personal needs, you are welcome to bring anything else that will improve your comfort during the session such as- A yoga mat for extra cushion- An extra blanket to cover yourself- A pillow & personal eye mask, water*Please arrive 10 minutes early to find your seat, use the restroom, and even visit the horses before we begin promptly at 12:15*
