Ideal candidates will be / have:
At least one year of Serving experience
Food, Wine and Cocktail knowledge
Knowledge of food and safety and sanitation procedures
Open availability and flexibility
Punctual
Efficient and reliable
Access to consistent and reliable transportation
Positive attitude with the ability to work collaboratively
Ability to read and follow directions
Organized with the ability to multi-task and articulate with excellent communication skills
Energetic and self-motivated
