Halsa, a polished casual concept, is looking for energetic friendly associates to run the Front of House. Halsa is influenced by Swedish design and culture. The translation of Halsa is “health” in Swedish which fits perfectly into the vision and intent of the Mado neighborhood of Serenbe.
The veg forward menu showcases Swedish specialties, along with a “BYOB” – Build Your Own Bowl, offering a variety of grains, greens, vegetables and proteins. The main focus is to bring in dishes that would be healthy and enjoyable at each meal of the day.
We offer farm fresh cuisine in a warm, gracious atmosphere. We focus on sustainable and locally sourced growers, our menu includes organic vegetables from Serenbe Farms and other local growers and shifts to reflect the seasons.
