PHOTOGRAPHY POLICY

All professional photography requires written permission and a permit for commercial or non-commercial use. Permits must be worn and clearly visible while working on property.

Non-Commercial Photography
This type of photography and/or filming is not-for-profit and for personal use only. Examples of Non-Commercial Photography: Engagement/Bridal, Family/Senior Portraits, Anniversaries, Baby Announcements, etc. If you are a photographer and plan to submit your images for publication or profit, please check "Commercial" on the permit form. 

Locations Available 
The Inn Grounds and Serenbe Farms are available to book for public commercial or non-commercial photography sessions.

The Inn at Serenbe Permit Form
Fee $200 

Serenbe Community Permit Form
‍Note: Only homeowners are permitted to take non-commercial shoots within the community. Homeowners must still request a permit through the Permit Form.

No photography may be used for commercial purposes without explicit permission.

FILMING

We receive many requests to film at Serenbe. Small to medium footprint filming requests will be considered on a case by case basis. Restaurants can bought out for filming and costs are based on availability, day of the week and length of shoot. Serenbe roads are not allowed to be shut down for filming.

Please email Quinn Nygren with footprint details including size of crew, number and size of trucks, need for a basecamp, length of shoot including estimated hours on-site and if any food, beverage or overnight rooms are requested.

Twice a year Serenbe hosts two educational conferences featuring longer format tours, engaging panels and speakers that provide a deeper dive into how Serenbe is built and the Biophilic Model of planning.
