Set on a European Square in Serenbe’s wellness hamlet is The Manor Homes of Mado, the 4rd Annual Atlanta Homes & Lifestyles Serenbe Designer Showhouse. The Manor Homes were designed by Rhinehart Pulliam & Co., architects of the first annual Atlanta Homes & Lifesyles Designer Showhouse, named 2016’s Best in American Living Awards Home of the Year. Constructed by Bobby Webb of BCC Builders, the two-story Manor Homes overlook the Mado Garden Clubhouse and Atlanta’s first food forest with medicinal garden. The Manor Homes of Mado continue to expand the hamlet’s cultural and wellness offerings with thoughtful design features with clean lines and Scandinavian style.

Decorated by 15 of Atlanta’s top interior designers, The Manor Homes feature two grand kitchens, three sun-filled and sophisticated living rooms, and five alluring bedrooms. The Showhouse inspires smart living with top-of-the-line appliances and breathtaking finishes curated by interior designer Jena Salmon. With 5,000 square feet, breathtaking archways and coveted tree-lined views, The Manor Homes depict European style in a country setting.

Parking for the Serenbe Designer Showhouse is in the Mado neighborhood of Serenbe. Enter the Serenbe community on Selborne Lane from Atlanta-Newnan Road, turn left at Tabb Way (3-way stop), then turn right onto Serenbe Lane. Follow the signs for showhouse parking.

The Art Farm is a growing artist and residency complex at Serenbe that houses and supports visiting and permanent artists aligned with the Serenbe Institute. All net proceeds from the 2016 Serenbe Designer Showhouse will support building the next Art Farm artist cottage and studio, the first of which opened in January in collaboration with Rural Studio of Auburn University with interiors by Steve McKenzie and Kerry Howard.
